Introductory course
Disk-based communication skills
The introductory course on communication skills based on DISC behaviorism is a 12-hour training course in 8 90-minute sessions that helps participants become familiar with the four behavioral patterns D, I, S, and C, recognize the strengths and weaknesses of each pattern, recognize verbal and nonverbal cues, and perform exercises to strengthen effective communication. This course is held online, and at the end, participants can receive a certificate of completion from Northwest International University by presenting a short conference or taking an exam. The instructor of this course is Professor Hamed Jannati.


Supplementary course
Disk-based communication skills
The Advanced Communication Skills course based on DISC behavioral analysis is a specialized continuation of the introductory course, held over 8 sessions of 90 minutes each. In this course, participants become familiar with dual and triple DISC patterns, learn to professionally administer the DISC assessment, analyze individuals’ behavioral styles, and provide basic counseling to families and organizations. The final evaluation is conducted through an exam or an oral presentation, and graduates receive an internationally recognized certificate from Northwest University. The tuition fee for this course is $155.

Advanced course
Disk-based communication skills
The Advanced Communication Skills course based on DISC behavioral analysis is a 14-session, fully practical program designed for professional mastery of human behavior analysis. In this course, participants strengthen their skills in accurately identifying behavioral patterns through activities such as film analysis, role-playing, interviewing anonymous guests, and conducting real counseling sessions. Advanced theoretical topics are also taught by the instructor. This course is offered with a tuition fee of $250, and graduates receive an internationally verifiable certificate from Northwest University. The course instructor is Professor Hamed Jannati.
