šŸŽ“ Advanced Course: Communication Skills Based on the DISC Model

ā€œFrom theoretical analysis to practical mastery — turning knowledge into actionable skillsā€

After gaining a foundational understanding of the DISC model and learning the principles of test analysis in the introductory and intermediate courses, it is now time to step into the ā€œadvanced and specializedā€ level. Here, you will apply your analytical and communication skills in real-life situations and professionally develop the ability to understand and analyze others’ behavioral patterns practically.

Advanced Course Content

This course consists of 14 sessions, each 90 minutes longĀ (a total of 21 instructional hours), with over 90% of activities conducted interactively, practically, and through workshops.

Advanced theoretical topics covered include:

  • In-depth analysis of the psychological structure of DISC at motivational and behavioral levels

  • Boundaries between behavior and personality in the DISC model and integrated models

  • Differences in identifying adapted behaviors versus innate behaviors

  • Advanced applications of DISC in personal, organizational, and career counseling

Practical Activities and Interactive Workshops

This advanced course is more than theory; it is a comprehensive practical experience. Key activities include:

  • Anonymous Guest Invitation:In most sessions, a guest is invited. Participants ask targeted questions to identify the guest’s behavioral pattern. After collective analysis, the instructor reviews the guest’s behavior and provides a final professional assessment.

  • Role-playing DISC Patterns:In another workshop, each participant plays a role corresponding to one of the DISC behavioral patterns (D, I, S, or C) in scenarios designed by the instructor. Other participants try to identify their pattern based on behavioral cues.

  • Behavioral Analysis of Movie Characters:During the course, four selected movies are introduced. Participants analyze specific characters and identify their behavioral patterns. Each presents their analysis in class, receives scores, and the instructor provides a final expert evaluation.

Certificate of Completion with International Accreditation
