This course is held over 8 sessions, each 90 minutes long (a total of 12 hours), covering the following topics:
Introduction to the DISC behavioral model and its theoretical foundations
In-depth understanding of the four behavioral patterns: D, I, S, and C
Analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of each pattern and how they manifest in relationships
Training on recognizing behavioral patterns through verbal and non-verbal cues
Practical exercises to improve weaknesses and strengthen behavioral strengths
Preparation for applying DISC concepts in real-life situations
Throughout the course, participants will engage deeply with DISC concepts through real-life examples, individual and group exercises, and analytical discussions.

📝 Assessment Methods and Certification
At the end of the course, each participant can choose one of the following assessment methods:
Deliver a 15-minute presentation on one of the DISC behavioral patterns
Take a multiple-choice final exam to evaluate their learning
Graduates will receive an official certificate from Northwest International University, which is valid and verifiable through the university’s official website.
