Thanks to God, Hamed Jannati's specialized book on advanced disk behaviorism is entitled:
"Communication Intelligence (CQ) in Disk Language; The Art of Understanding and Penetrating the Inner World of Humans" was published.
This book is the result of years of research, teaching, and practical experience in the field of recognizing behavioral patterns and applying them to human communication, and includes Hamed Jannati's latest findings, analyses, and perspectives in the field of behavioral sciences in 256 pages.
We hope that it will be useful and inspiring for researchers, consultants, educators, and those interested in the humanities and behavioral sciences.
We are grateful to Dr. Mehraliei for her support, encouragement, and compassionate follow-up. Without her support, this work would not have reached the printing stage.

This book is a step-by-step guide to improving your communication intelligence skills. Below is the introduction to the book:
Human communication is one of the most fundamental skills that plays a decisive role in all aspects of personal, social and professional life. The ability to understand others, convey messages effectively and build lasting relationships are among the factors that can lead to individual and organizational success. However, many people face challenges in their daily interactions such as misunderstandings, inability to influence others, and improper management of interpersonal relationships. These problems often arise from a lack of proper recognition of their own and others' behavioral patterns or patterns and an inability to adjust the way they interact based on different situations.
I will never forget the day one of my students, after only two private lessons, sat down with me to discuss why he hadn’t done his homework. He gave his reasons, and I replied, “I know why you haven’t done your homework,” and then explained the reason by describing his behavior pattern.
My student asked in surprise, his eyes bulging out of their sockets: "Master! Are you doing fortune telling here or have you installed a camera in our house?! You told me everything I do in private!"
And I explained to him that this was part of the communication intelligence skill based on Disk's behaviorism. He became curious and later became one of my good students in these classes.
This memory became the motivation for writing the book before you. A book that helps you not only understand yourself and others better by understanding the behavioral patterns of the disk, but also by improving your communication intelligence, you can establish more effective communication with those around you and, as a result, have a happier and more successful life. In this book, I have tried to explain the art of entering into people step by step so that it can be practically used.
Communication intelligence, as a key component in the development of individual skills, refers to the ability of individuals to recognize communication patterns, analyze behaviors, and adapt to interactions. Contrary to the popular belief that communication is simply an innate skill, scientific research shows that the ability to communicate effectively can be taught and developed. This skill not only affects personal relationships, but is also of particular importance in professional and educational environments.
In the meantime, the Disc Universal Model (DISC) is one of the scientific and well-known tools that helps analyze behavioral patterns and recognize individual differences. By classifying people's behavioral patterns into four main categories, this model provides a framework for better understanding interactions and improving the quality of communication. However, it should be noted that the purpose of this book is not to teach the Disc model, but to use it as a tool for developing communication intelligence skills. In fact, the Disc model only shows us why some people behave in a certain way and how communication patterns can be optimized based on this knowledge.
In today's complex world, where human interactions are more important than ever for individual and organizational success, developing the skill of communication intelligence has become doubly important. Studies show that people with higher levels of communication intelligence are not only more successful in interpersonal relationships, but also perform better in jobs that require interaction with others. This skill plays a fundamental role in various fields, including management, training, sales, negotiation, consulting, and even family and friendship relationships.
However, learning communicative intelligence is not limited to knowing theoretical definitions. What matters in the real world is the ability to apply this knowledge in real, everyday situations. For this reason, this book attempts to guide the reader from basic concepts to practical exercises by providing a step-by-step path.
This book aims to provide a comprehensive approach to developing communication intelligence, based on the Disk model. The main objectives of this work are:
- Explaining the importance of communicative intelligence and its role in improving individual and social interactions.
- Providing a scientific framework for understanding and analyzing communication patterns based on the disk model.
- Investigating how communicative intelligence is effective in educational, professional, and social environments.
- Providing practical solutions for adapting communication style to different people and situations.
- Designing practical exercises and scenarios to increase interpersonal communication skills.
- Empowering people who intend to work as
This book will be useful for anyone looking to improve their communication skills. However, the main audience for this work is:
- Communication skills trainers and instructors** who are looking for a scientific and practical resource to teach in this field.
- Organizational managers and leaders** who need to develop their communication skills to enhance team performance.
- Consultants, psychologists, and human resource professionals** who are involved in behavior analysis and improving interactions.
- Salespeople, marketers, and negotiators** who need to adapt their communication style to different behavioral patterns.
- Students and researchers** interested in communication studies and behavioral psychology.
- All individuals** who wish to improve the quality of their communication in both personal and professional life.
The structure of this book is designed to first address the theoretical concepts and foundations of communication intelligence and then guide the reader towards practical exercises. In the initial chapters, the basic principles of communication intelligence and the Disk model are examined, and then the method of identifying behavioral patterns and methods for optimizing communication is discussed. In the final sections, a set of
It is desirable for each person to be able to identify their weaknesses in their dominant behavioral pattern and minimize their weaknesses by learning the strengths of other behavioral patterns. Therefore, this book will be useful when we understand the characteristics of all four behavioral patterns correctly and select the strengths of each for ourselves.
My advice is not to read this book from beginning to end. Rather, like a dictionary, study each section you need over and over again and do the exercises.
